Basic Info:
The park features thirty-one major rides, including three wooden roller coasters, Phantom's Revenge steel coaster, the indoor Exterminator (a roller coaster in the dark), three water rides, and fourteen Kiddieland rides. Mini-golf, paddle boats and Skycoaster are separate charges. Thirty-five various games throughout the park, as well as four gift shops and four arcades. The Jack Rabbit, built in 1921, is Kennywood's oldest coaster. The park has been designated as a National and State Historic Landmark.

Kennywood has been constructing a brand new entrance all winter long. And when the gates open in May - you are sure to be surprised!
The new entrance will be not only beautiful, but much more efficient. A state-of-the-art admission and ticketing system, public rest rooms, stroller and wagon rental, and Group Services building will make entering Kennywood a breeze!

Hours:
• Open May 7-8, 2005.
• Closed Sunday, May 9-12, 2005
• Open Daily from May 13, 2005 through September 5, 2005
• Tuesday, May 24 the park will close at 7 p.m.
• Gates open at 10:30 a.m. (except Aug 29-Sept 2); Rides begin to open at 11 a.m.
• Park Closing Time: No set closing time; determined daily depending upon weather and crowd conditions
• Park opens at 5 p.m. on August 30 - September 3, 2005

Admission Prices:
Funday Pass: $28.95
Jr. Funday Pass: (under 46") $18
Over 55 Funday Admission: $14.95
Night Rider Evening Price After 6p.m.: $14.95

Children two and under enter the park and ride for free. Note: General Admission (no rides) is no longer available.

NEW FOR 2005!
The Kennywood/Sandcastle Same Day Combo Pass is only $28.95. These passes can be purchased at either park, and are valid at both parks in one day.

Special Comments:
Parking is free. Preferred parking is also available - $4.00 per vehicle.

Directions:
Kennywood is located 10 miles from downtown Pittsburgh on PA 837 along the Monongahela River. Take Interstate 376 to Swissvale Exit 9 and follow the arrows to Kennywood.
