Since 1946, the Civic Light Opera, a non-profit organization, has produced the magic of live musical theater and Broadway classics.

Other than providing musical productions, the CLO also provides dance, music and drama training through its Academy of Musical Theater.

After stints of calling Pitt Stadium, the Melody Tent, the Civic Arena and Heinz Hall home, the CLO is now performing at the Benedum.
