Hiking Information
Basic Info:
The North County National Scenic Trail runs through seven northern tier states: New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota.

Trails:
You will find the eastern end of the trail at Crown Point State Historic Site on the shore of Lake Champlain in New York. The trail moves west through the Pennsylvania forests, then traveling on through Ohio, southern Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

(The Slippery Rock Gorge Trail, the longest trail in McConnell's Mill State Park, extends from Hell's Hollow to Eckert Bridge. This six-mile, non-loop trail is designated as part of the North Country National Scenic Trail.)

The trail ends in North Dakota. This trail is comprised of breathtaking landscapes, historic features and other fascinating images.
